Online Adult Learning



When working with adult learners there are many ideas, thought, principles and concepts to consider. There are almost as many school of thought on how best to teach adults as there are instructors working with adults. However, when these schools of thought are broken down and examined carefully, most of the main points are the principles that Knowles identifies, and the concepts that Dewey used to organized his system (Knowles, Holton, & Swanson, 2005). We will examine some of these principles and concepts.
