Math Study Time Management Tips

1. Spend at least 30 minutes every day practicing problems.
1. Note the problems that are difficult for you.

                                                              i.      Write these problems in detail on a flash card(3x5)

                                                            ii.      Next to each step, write out the step in words or the reason for the step (addition property or similar)

2. Spend at least 30 minutes every other day reading
1. Read the text
2. Read notes
3. Read discussion postings

                                                              i.      Post replies right away

4. Make flash cards of important topics
2. Start the homework as soon as you complete the first section.
1. Use all the tools in MML to help you.
2. For any you got wrong see 1 & 2 above.
3. You can save often and go back in and work until the end of the Unit.

4. Any time you are waiting review the Flash Cards
1. Standing in line in a store.
2. I do not recommend while driving.
3. If someone else is driving review!
